DNA Recruit Partners is currently partnering up with a local developer to take care of their real estate development project in PRC (Based in HK). This role requires solid experience in Mainland real estate development

 

About this job.
  • Oversee daily operations within the Sales & Marketing Department.
  • Prepare and compile regular reports on data analysis and sales plans in the PRC, ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
  • Manage internal sales platforms (SRMS, PSMS) and external sales platforms (CRIC).
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners, including preparing for and participating in meetings.
  • Support and manage various ad hoc projects as assigned.
About you.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of the operational processes involved in real estate project development and sales in the PRC.
  • At least 5 years of experience in property sales and daily operations in the PRC, including sales platform management and maintenance.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive, responsible, and capable of working both independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office applications.
  • Willingness to travel to the PRC as needed.
