DNA is partnering up with a local financial product company to look for a sales manager, this manager has to be familiar with local loan and financial products compliance. Overlooking and coaching direct and agency sales performance.

Support Direct Sales and Agencies to meet business targets through sales and service initiatives
Provide coaching for Direct Sales to improve product knowledge and compliance awareness
Plan and execute market campaigns and promotions
Analyze market research, gather updates, and offer recommendations
Coordinate promotion activities with internal and external stakeholders
Address customer complaints, enhance controls, and manage risks effectively
Ensure accurate and timely commission payments
Generate regular reports for operational risk mitigation and management reporting
Engage in ad hoc projects for business development
about you.
Hold a university degree in Business Administration or related fields
Possess a minimum of 2 years' managerial experience in customer service and consumer finance
Experience in agency management is advantageous
Deep understanding of unsecured lending/credit card marketing and operations
Strong people management and complaint resolution skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager roles.
