DNA is partnering with a listed global manufacturer in Hong Kong to hire a Senior HR Manager / HR Manager for their HR department. They are seeking for a seasoned professional to support to the General Manager. Candidates with 15-20 years of experience in HR management ideally from manufacturing or sizable company background would be preferred.

Job Description
Report to the General Manager in the company and supervise junior managers in the HR team
Review HR policies, procedures and workflow to ensure they are in compliance with company policies and local regulations
To analyze, identify and develop effective HR and office administration strategies, systems, policies and procedures
To work closely with department heads on manpower planning, hiring requirements and employee matters, etc.
Handle full spectrum of HR and office administration
To support any other ad-hoc project initiatives and duties
Requirement
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Minimum 20 years’ experience with at least 10 years on management level
Sound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR related ordinances
Excellent communication, managerial and interpersonal skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
Candidates with property development, real estate or engineering background are highly preferred.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager
