Our clients are now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:
1) Accountant - Reporting & Analysis (x1) - Sizeable co. / 30K
- Be a key player in Reporting team
- Assist in preparation of financial and management reports
- Provide comparative analysis on actual versus budget
- Prepare executive summary on the corporate financial performance
- Assist in preparation of financial forecast and budgets
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Hand-on experience with Navision software is an advantage
2) Assistant Accountant (x1) - MNC / 26.5K
- Handle full set of accounts
- Handle month end closing for assigned overseas offices including preparation and review all financial and management reporting, variance analysis and schedules on a timely basis
- Support and assist supervisor in all financial and management reporting
- Maintain good working relationships with finance representatives and management team in offshore locations and give constructive advice where appropriate
- Coordinate and handle inter-company recharges and reconciliations
- Work experience in MNC / sizeable company is preferred
- With overseas offices experience is preferred
- Good in MS Excel (v-lookup, pivot table, sumif, filtering, etc)
3) Assistant Accountant (x1) - MNC / 26K
- Handle full set of accounts
- Assist in performing daily Account Payable functions including prepare vouchers, payment summary, issuing cheque and remittance
- Preparation of management reports and accounting schedules
- Assist to maintain company secretarial documents including monitor and review statutory filing for local and overseas companies
- Work experience in real estate / property industry is preferred
- Hand-on experience with MYOB accounting software is an advantage
4) Account and Admin Officer (x1) - 25K
- Handle full set of accounts
- Providing general ledger, P/L and B/S
- Providing financial reports, monthly sales reports, cash flows forecast and analysis reports
- Assist the Office Manager to oversee on general administrative functions
- Hand-on experience with ERP accounting software is an advantage
