Our client is a sizable, well-established property developer who is now looking for a talent to join their Sales team.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for general sales administration and operations of selling HK residential properties
Handle new property development project
Conduct market research and analysis
Liaise with property agency on project details and follow up
Provide pre-sales and post sales services of property to clients
Handle enquiries from interested clients and property agents
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines
Around 2 years’ solid Sales working experience gained from sizable Developer
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Good command of Chinese, English and Mandarin
5 days work per week, shift duties to work on weekends / public holidays for new project launch
