Job Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement strategies for building up the brand, increase brand awareness through integrated marketing solutions.
Pilot team members in developing executable ATL/BTL and digital marketing activities to achieve business goals and sales target.
Co-ordinate between departments in organizing new product and counter launches.
Work together with brand principles to drive overall business development in local market.
Overall management of the brand, including the profit & loss of the brand.
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
At least 4 years Solid experience in the field of haircare/skincare/beauty/PR agencies/FMCG with 2 years in a managerial position
Strategic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, creative and a team player
Experience in brand management of retail industry is preferable
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
