To expand the business, it is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Handling of incoming and outgoing email and phone enquiries from Hong Kong, China and overseas
  • Professionally handle and follow up customer enquiries in the format of telephone, fax and email
  • Supervise China Admin team 
  • Issuance and delivery of contracts and invoices
  • To perform other related duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements:  
  • Higher Diploma or above 
  • Experience in Sales Admin, Customer Service 
  • Customer oriented and presentable
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
