Job Responsibilities/工作職責:
Identify, research, evaluate, and pursue business development opportunities in upscale hair salons, fitness centers, hotels, and luxury retail stores that align with the company's short and long-term goals

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to generate business across diversified channels

Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and joint promotional activities to showcase our hair care brands and drive sales

Assist in the effective penetration of new hair care products and SKUs with the assigned brands
協助推廣指定品牌的新護髮產品和SKU
Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in trade shows, industry events, and other promotional initiatives to generate new leads and stay abreast of market trends

Job Requirements/工作要求:
Strong understanding of the hair care industry, including distribution channels, customer preferences, and market dynamics

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development or sales related position within the hair care industry
