Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through online chat to address inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to optimize online banking services.
• Lead and supervise a team of online banking specialists or customer service representatives.

Qualifications:

• Work experience: With at least 2-year customer service experience at banking industry
• Typing Speed: Some Chinese typing speed is required, 40 words/minute or above.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders effectively.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, decision-making capabilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• University degree or above required
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Proficiency in the use of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
