Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting operations includes preparing vouchers and bookkeeping

• Management of Accounts Payable and ensure all the accounting information in compliance with company policies and accounting standard in a timely manner

• Coordinate with banks on fscilities arrangement and assist in handing docimentation

• Assist in cash flow forecast and full P&L forecast

• Support month-end closing activities include balance sheet reconciliation, advance payment, accruals and month end and year end accounting reports

• Perform any hoc projects/ assignments as required

 
Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in trading company in accounting field

• Self-motivated, Detail-minded with attention to accuracy and have a strong sense of responsibility; able to meet tight deadlines

• Excellent PC skills especially in spreadsheet

• Well experience in outlook, practical experience in ERP systems (SAP is highly preferred)

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese

• Immediate availability is highly preferred

• Candidate with more experience would obe considered as Accountant
