Our client is a local developer with extensive residential and commercial portfolio in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a Manager - Interior Design to support their team.
Job Descriptions:
- Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards on site;
- Visualize designs into interior drawings;
- Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
- Prepare drawings from design concepts
- Conduct feasibilities studies, market research and design trend
- Perform ad-hoc duties as when required
Job Requirements:
- 10 years' or above working experience in hospitality / residential project is preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Creative thinking, detailed-mind and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and other relevant design tools
