Our client is a sizable Real Estate Fund with diversified assets across mainly Asia. They are now looking for a professional to take care their industrial and commercial portfolio in Hong Kong. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and executing asset management strategies for assigned portfolio
• Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports and presentations for top management
• Supervise onsite operation teams to ensure the most effective setup, leading to operational efficiency and consistency
• Identify amenities and services that can be introduced in new and existing projects and look at new innovative ways to improve the customer experience at the properties
• Carry out asset management, capital expenditure programmes and asset performance improvements
• Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants' fitting-out and refurbishment/ revamping works.  

Requirements

• Degree in Property Management or equivalent
• At least 12 years of relevant experience in property management/ acting landlord represntative/ tenanct management/ leasing
• Strong market sense with analytical thinking
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good leadership and interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred.
