Responsibilites:

• Co-ordinate with clients, main-contractors and subcontractors for maintenance, repair and overhaul services
• Assist Service Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis, price negotiation and budget control
• Prepare operation and maintenance manual as required by contract
• Resolve ad hoc site matters and site coordination

Job Requirment:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 3 years' relevant experience in participation of E&M / Building Services / Maintenance / A&A contracts
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Candidates with more than 9 years’ relevant experience will be considered as Senior Project Engineer
