Our client is one of the most established and renowned property developers in Hong Kong. Due to continuous developments in Asia Pacific Region, They are hiring a Senior Project Manager / Assistant General Manager to handle its residential and mixed use development projects in Asia including Japan and Thailand. This position can be based in Hong Kong and manage a team of local professionals and consultants. 

Job Descriptions:

• Monitor design and project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
• Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
• Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural studies or other relevant disciplines
• At least 10 years of experiences in handling residential and mixed use development projects
• Overseas Project Experiences is preferred 
• Exposure in full project cycle is preferred 
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Proficient in Japanese is preferred 
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
