  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the FMCG food industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within existing accounts.
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for business development.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to meet client needs.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and effective manner.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the FMCG food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG food products, market trends, and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market information to make informed decisions.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
