Responsibilities :

• Software Development: Craft, refine, test, and maintain backend code, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance for enterprise-level applications.
• API Design & Integration: Develop efficient and robust APIs for internal and external consumption. Collaborate with front-end engineers for seamless integration.
• Database Management: Design and manage complex database systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimized performance.
• Infrastructure & Deployment: Oversee server deployments, monitor system performance, and ensure a robust and scalable infrastructure.
• Security: Implement and maintain top-tier security practices, ensuring data protection and compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaboration: Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to ensure the backend's robustness supports and elevates the product's frontend capabilities.

Requirements :

• HD / Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Experience in  development using Java Springboot, Node.js, microservices
• Familiar with the industry standard software development methodology, such as, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), DevSecOps and agile
• Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift
• Good practical knowledge with SQL and NoSQL DBs e.g. PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc.
• Knowledge in messaging systems like Kafka, Solace, AWS Kinesis
