We are recruiting for a Chinese financial group and looking for a Private Bank RM (Farmer Role, no bring in clients is required , IANG and China Background welcome)

Responsibilities :

1. Maintain existing customers and solicit business opportunities through cross-selling and referral 
2. Identify customers’ needs and provide customized solutions on a comprehensive range of banking, investment and wealth management products to customers
3. Grow and strengthen the wealth of Private Banking group of sophisticated customers through deepening customers relationships and providing differentiated services
4. Assist in Private Banking business acquisition and marketing activities
5. Frequently travel to china is required 

Requirements

1. University graduate, preferably major in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economic
2. Qualified for PWMA is preferred
3. Minimum 5 years' solid experience in serving high-net-worth customers
4. Experience in developing cross border business / serving Mainland Chinese high-net-worth customers will be an advantage
5. Well-planned, mature with excellent management skills
6. Strong analytical skills and solid track record in developing relationships with customers
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
