Due to ongoing expansion, a Japan-based F&B wholesaler and manufacturer is looking for 2-3 high-calibre candidates to join its flexible team.
Duties:
Attend marketing events such as trade shows
Responsible for order processing and sales administrative support
Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations and
items for presentations, barcode and label layout, and packing list
Arrange product sample submission to customer buyers
Requirements:
1-2 years of related experience in sales admin. or order processing area
Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook & Excel
Knowledge of using barcode/label drawing software would be beneficial
JLPT N2 or above is a must and able to handle documents in Japanese
Less experience with high calibre are also welcome
Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
