Position Summary:
We are looking for a Client Health and Wellness Relationship Manager to foster and strengthen client relationships, enhancing engagement and loyalty within our health and wellness services. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying client needs, driving bookings, and ensuring a thorough understanding of our offerings.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong connections with clients to improve engagement and loyalty in health and wellness services.
  • Client Interaction: Actively identify and respond to client needs and preferences to encourage bookings.
  • Sales Development: Promote and sell health and wellness products and services, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside internal and external partners on projects aimed at enhancing client experiences and service offerings.
  • Market Insights: Collect and analyze market data and trends related to corporate health and wellness to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Sales Goals: Achieve and surpass sales targets by expanding the client base and increasing revenue through improved client interactions.
  • Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance programs and client solutions.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in relationship management, preferably in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or employee benefits.
  • Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage client relationships with a focus on health and wellness.
  • Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects effectively.
  • Health and Wellness Enthusiast: Proactive approach to client service with a strong interest in health and wellness.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  •  Team and Independent Work: Ability to function well in a team setting while also working independently with minimal guidance.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Outstanding interpersonal skills paired with a positive attitude.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong numerical and analytical skills with a good grasp of business concepts.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
