Responsibilities:

• Oversee the whole SAP system include modules :MM SD, FI CO,PP and ensure its smooth functioning and integration with other system
• Collaborate with outside vendors to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services
• Lead SAP enhancement project or integration project with other system  and provide expertise in system configuration and reporting
• Act as internal SAP functional consultant in providing quality SAP advice
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and act as a liaison between them  and IT
• Act as a business partner to other Business department, providing insight and support on system capabilities and functionality
• Utilize your end-to-end SAP implementation experience to drive successful project outcomes
• Develop requirement specifications for new systems or changes of existing systems for program development team
• Perform system integration tests and user acceptance tests to ensure the systems are functional and developed meet with the user’s requirements
• Conduct regular review on system operation and establish proper guidelines and procedure to enhance overall work efficiency
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or information system related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP system implementation and project management with deep understanding of whole project process 
• Extensive experience in SAP S4 HANA at module PP , MM , SD ( FI CO is a plus) and expertise in end-to-end SAP implementation projects and system configuration
• Have experience on the integration project with CRM/POS/other in-house system will be an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to act as a business partner, work effectively with all-levels
• Strong reporting capabilities and the ability to leverage SAP for insightful reporting
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
