The role:

• Work closely with System Analyst and Solution Architect to define Business Process Reengineering scope and to-be process.
• Work closely with users to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows
• Facilitating workshops with SME's
• Documentation of process and work flows
• Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
• Identifying issues and risks

Requirement:

• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 5 years experience as a Business Analyst, on large and complex projects. 
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered for other roles under Business Analysis area
• Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
• Highly prefer experience of being an agile practitioner either as a product owner or as a scrum team member, with strong capability in structuring of requirements in the form of epics/user stories
• Fluent speaking in Cantonese is a must
