Key Responsibilities 主要职责

• 负责投行融资等项目投委会上会安排，做好各专业部门和委员的时间安排、上会材料整理传递； 
• Arrange Investment Committee meetings for debt financing and other projects, coordinating with professional departments and committee members for the time arrangement and meeting materials delivery;
• 负责投委会审议内容记录和存档、项目后续流程推进跟踪；
• Prepare and archive Investment Committee meeting minutes, follow up on project approval processes;
• 协助审查备忘录等相关尽职调查资料，协助对企业的经营情况、财务情况、行业情况等进行分析，协助审查人撰写审查报告；
• Assist Credit Officer to prepare the Credit Report; performing due diligence, conducting research and analysis on company business operation, financial performance, industry landscape and etc.; 
• 出席有关合规及风险的培训, 尽合规职责, 依据法例及相关的内部指引去完成及参与各上级下达的项目；
• Attend compliance and risk related trainings, fulfil compliance responsibilities, and complete tasks as requested in comply with legal requirements and internal guidelines.

Job Requirements 任职要求

• 具有2年及以上相关经验，包括财务会计、信贷管理工作、前台投融资工作经验； 
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, credit management, front desk debt financing or investment; 
• 具备金融、统计、法律、财务等相关专业背景，持有财务会计、法律专业证书或总行信贷专业资质证书者优先；
• Degree in Finance, Statistics, Law, Accounting, possession of CFA, CPA, Law Certificate or Credit Certificate from ICBC Head Office is a plus;
• 熟悉投行融资、股权投资、PE基金等业务；
• Familiar with debt financing, private equity investment, fund investment and other investment products; 
• 具备较强的分析能力和沟通表达能力。
• Strong analytical and communication skills. 
• 勤奋、细心和优秀的分析能力；
• Diligent, attention to detail and strong analytical mind; 
• 熟悉办公软件；
• Proficient in various functions of Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• 普通话和英语沟通顺畅
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
