Key Responsibilities 主要职责

• 负责投行融资（含私募债、过桥贷款、杠杆融资、夹层融资、结构性融资等）、非上市公司股权投资、PE基金等业务的风险审查； 
• Analyze credit and investment risks of debt financing (including private credit, bridge loan, leverage financing, mezzanine financing, structured financing and etc.), private equity investment, fund investment and other investment products;
• 审查备忘录等相关尽职调查资料，对企业的经营情况、财务情况等进行分析，分析业务的风险点并提出相应的风险控制措施，独立撰写审查报告；
• Review Investment Memorandum and due diligence materials, conduct detailed analysis on company business operation, financial performance, analyse investment risks and propose corresponding risk mitigation measures, independently prepare Credit Report;
• 审查法人客户评级、统一投融资风险限额方案，非现场及现场检查；
• Review legal entity customer ratings and investment/financing credit limits, on-site and off-site inspections; 
• 出席有关合规及风险的培训, 尽合规职责, 依据法例及相关的内部指引去完成及参与各上级下达的项目；
• Attend compliance and risk related trainings, fulfil compliance responsibilities, and complete tasks as requested in comply with legal requirements and internal guidelines.

Job Requirements 任职要求

• 具有5年及以上投融资相关经验，包括信贷审查、信贷管理工作经验或前台投行融资工作经验； 
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in credit approval, credit management, front desk debt financing or investment; 
• 具备金融、经济、法律、财务等相关专业背景，持有财务会计、法律等专业证书者优先；
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Accounting, possession of CFA, CPA, Law Certificate or other professional certificate is a plus;
• 熟悉投行融资、股权投资、PE基金等业务，有投资工作经历优先；
• Familiar with debt financing, private equity investment, fund investment and other investment products; preferably work experience in buy side investment;
• 具备较强的分析能力和沟通表达能力。
• Strong analytical and communication skills. 
• 优秀的逻辑思维和分析能力；
• Strong logical and analytical mind；
• 熟悉办公软件；
• Proficient in various functions of Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• 普通话和英语沟通顺畅
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
