Job Responsibility

• Assist in preparation of reports to calculate wages, deduction, and other payroll related adjustments such as expense and overtime payment for management review

• Maintain of attendance and leave records, employment related insurance and medical benefits coverage

• Maintain and update staff records in the HRIS

• Responsible for all rounded office administrative support

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in accounting, business administration or other related discipline

• 5-8 years’working experience in business administration

• Strong sensitivity to numbers and attention to detail

• Able to handle multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft office especially Excel

• Good in interpersonal and communication skills
