Job Responsibility
Assist in preparation of reports to calculate wages, deduction, and other payroll related adjustments such as expense and overtime payment for management review
Maintain of attendance and leave records, employment related insurance and medical benefits coverage
Maintain and update staff records in the HRIS
Responsible for all rounded office administrative support
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
Diploma or above in accounting, business administration or other related discipline
5-8 years’working experience in business administration
Strong sensitivity to numbers and attention to detail
Able to handle multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft office especially Excel
Good in interpersonal and communication skills
