Requirement

l   Degree in Accounting, with accounting professional qualifications

l   At least 5 years managerial experience from manufacturing firms, PRC experience & knowledge preferred

l   Independent, reliable, organizational abilities & able to work under pressure

l   Fluency in written & spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin

l   Hands-on financial statement reporting and consolidation experience

l   Proficiency in MS office

l   Strong communication and leadership skills

l   Able to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments

Duties

l   Lead the accounting team in the overall finance & accounting operations, including daily accounting work, internal control, budgeting, audit & taxation & any ad hoc project

l   Perform analysis & timely management reports for management review

l   Assist management in monitoring & reviewing accounting operations of its PRC subsidiary & ensure all practice is in legal compliance

l   Liaise with auditors, banks

l   Participate in annual audit and interim report

l   Review and develop accounting policies and internal control system

l   Supervise a team in HK & PRC to monitor the finance and accounting functions
