A Technology Firm is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial processes and SAP FICO configuration, with the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system enhancements.



Requirements:

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for SAP FICO.
* Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement within the SAP FICO module.
* Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions in line with business requirements.
* Conduct testing and validation of SAP FICO configurations and enhancements.
* Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on SAP FICO functionalities.
* Assist in the preparation of documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals.
* Stay updated on SAP FICO best practices and emerging trends to recommend enhancements.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in SAP FICO or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and SAP FICO functionalities.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
* SAP FICO certification is a plus.
