The IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security Standardization Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining standardized processes and procedures to enhance the security and efficiency of the Group's IT infrastructure. This role will work closely with global IT teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.



Key Responsibilities:

* Standardization Development: Create and maintain comprehensive IT infrastructure and cyber security standards and guidelines.
* Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and improve security posture.
* Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements regarding IT security.
* Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to implement standardized solutions and practices across the organization.
* Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff understanding of security policies and procedures.
* Monitoring and Reporting: Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to track compliance and performance of security initiatives.
* Incident Response: Lead the response to security incidents, ensuring effective communication and resolution.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cyber security roles.
* Strong knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
* Experience with risk management and compliance standards.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and leadership abilities.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL) are a plus.
