DNA Recruit Partners is collaborating with an MNC trading and Investment group. They are currently looking for an Assistant Manager/Senior Accountant to join their F&A team in Hong Kong. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support decision-making processes.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend analysis, to provide insights to management
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Conduct Foreign Exchange SWAP transactions effectively.
- Manage loan arrangements, including borrowings, settlements, and time deposits.
- Oversee payment processes via e-banking and ensure timely bank reconciliations.
- Handle Export Bills in a precise and efficient manner.
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow to maintain financial stability.
- Provide strategic support to senior management on finance-related matters.
- Assist in ad hoc assignments and special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- 6 years of experience in accounting/audit/financial executive posistion with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
- Proven experinces in Trading compaines will be beneficial
- knowledge of UCP600 and experience in Foreign Exchange transactions will be an advantegous
- Strong expertise in accounting practices and cash flow management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, with familiarity in international import/export business processes.
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime when required
