• Implement provisioning order and maintenance in 3G/4G roaming platforms
• Coordinate with internal parties, engineers and customers to implement provisioning orders
• Review service order for completeness, accuracy, achievable delivery date and service feasibility
• Conduct testing with internal parties and customers; manage the whole process from pre-sales to completion and handoff of the service
• Assist in managing SCCP/LTE signalling system
• Support Engineering and Planning teams to ensure the network design and features meet the service requests

• Degree holder in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in telecommunication and mobile messaging
• Experience in managing server operating systems such as Linux
• Experience in provisioning, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance 
• Familiar in HTTP, SMPP and TCP/IP mobile messaging protocol 
• Familiar in 3G,4G and 5G protocol (SCCP/MAP/Diameter/HTTP2) would be an advantage
• Knowledge in application architecture design and software programming languages such as Perl, UNIX Shell, CShell, NET, Visual Basic, Java, HTML, etc would be an advantage
• Good reporting and interpersonal skills, mature and independent 
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as junior position
