Job Duties 

• • Responsible for the overall financial management of the group including financial analysis and consolidation, management reporting, tax planning and compliance, budget preparation and control, financial control and credit control, cash flow management
  • Handle Company Secretarial duties and listing compliance duties independently
  • Provide strategic financial advice to top management
  • Lead the finance and accounts team to ensure a smooth operation and an improving efficiency

Requirements:

• • Degree holder in Accounting 
  • With professional accounting qualifications of CPA, ACCA or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years relevant accounting experience with working experience in audit firm and listed company. 
  • Minimum 4 years experience as Financial Controller and Company Secretary in sizable listed companies, preferably within manufacturing industry 
  • Well-versed with listing rules and Accounting standards with hands-on exposure
  • Based in Hong Kong with occasional travel to PRC offices
