To expand the business, our client is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full set accounting
- Providing financial reports, general ledger, P&L
- Providing monthly sales reports, cash flows forecast and analyst reports
- Assist admin duties
- Prepare daily attendance reports
- Assist to formulate and implement administration policies and procedures
- Liaise with service providers on office supplies, equipment and other maintenance work
- Organize company activities
- Handle any ad-hoc projects as assign
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 2 year’ experience in accounting
- Proficiency in using MS word, excel
- Good command of both Chinese and English
- Independent and self-motivated
