We are currently seeking a talented Pproject Assistant/ Recruitment Consultant to join our Event and Project team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their unique staffing needs and provide them with top-notch talent to make their events and exhibitions a huge success.

As a Project Assistant/ Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the event and exhibition industry
• Identifying and sourcing talent for a variety of roles
• Conducting interviews, assessing candidates' skills and experience, and making recommendations to clients
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure we are providing the best possible service to our clients
• Providing support to end-to-end employment process from on-broading to payroll arrangement

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree holder in any discipline
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Mandarin is an advantage
• Strong sense of client servicing, pro-active and willing to take up responsibilities
• You should eager to learn and able to work independently
• Basic knowledge of HKEO
• Passionate in client servicing and recruitment industry
