Responsibilities:Answer customer inquiries & provide information about products/services; Open & maintain customer accounts & records; Process customer adjustments for financial accounts; Resolve customer complaints & ensure follow-up for resolution; Assist with team goals & perform assigned ad hoc projects


Requirements :At least 1 Year(s) Experience Required; Fluent Cantonese ; Good Putonghua ; Good English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Word-processing; Microsoft Office; English Typing; Eng/Chi PC operation; Chinese Typing; Related exp. in customer service is pref, Customer-oriented, proactive at work and good working attitude


Employment Terms:$17,000 - $18,000 per month, with Double Pay, Bank Holiday, Annual Leave 15 days, Medical Benefits, Medical Insurance, On-the-job Training and Performance Award, Mon to Fri: 10:15AM-7:15PM or 12:30PM-9:30PM, Sat: 10:30AM-2:30PM, 5 - 5.5 working days per week, on shift


職責 :

解答客戶查詢並提供有關產品/服務資訊; 開設及維護客戶帳戶及記錄; 處理客戶帳戶問題及調整; 解決客戶投訴並確保跟進解決; 協助團隊達成目標並執行指定的臨時專案


資歷 :中五程度; 1年經驗; 良好粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文; 懂電腦文書處理; 懂Microsoft Office; 懂英文打字; 懂中英文電腦操作; 懂中文打字; 具相關客戶服務經驗優先, 以客戶為中心, 工作主動, 有良好工作態度


待遇 :每月$17,000 - $18,000, 有雙糧, 銀行假期, 年假15天, 醫療福利, 醫療保險, 在職培訓 及表現獎金, 星期一至五:上午10時15分至下午7時15分或中午12時半至下午9時半, 星期六:上午10時半至下午2時半, 每週工作5天至5天半, 輪班
