Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting operations including preparation of the cheque payment and calculation of the profits margin

• Preparation of the accounting ledgers and vouchers in ERP system

• Handle bank reconciliation journal entries and general accounting filing.

• Provision of the general clerical support on routine accounting & administrative matters including answering telephone calls

• Handling incoming correspondences and couriers arrangement, when required

• Perform other ad hoc administration duties as assigned, when required

• Reporting to the Finance and IT Manager

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above and LCC Intermediate level or above

• Minimum 2 years solid accounting experience, especially in payment cycle

• Sounds knowledge of computerized accounting system

• Proficiency in English and with good communication skill

• Responsible and attaining to details, mature, able to work independently, detail-minded, good team player and be committed to tasks assigned

• Good time management, able to work under pressure with tight deadlines

• Immediate available preferred
