Our client is looking for a Creative Director with Art Base background to manage their content marketing strategies across different channels and oversee the creative production process with different stakeholders.



Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Create and execute content marketing strategies to across key social media platforms.
*

Conceptualize, create, and produce captivating digital content-encompassing photography, videography, art direction, and copywriting-across various formats and social channels to meet business objectives.
*

Build and mentor a high-performing team of writers, designers, and videographers, inspiring creativity across diverse areas such as photography, video, and graphic design.
*

Oversee social media posting schedules and calendars, staying informed about industry trends and relevant topics; ensure all content is optimized, impactful, and adheres to best practices.
*

Manage the creative production process with both content agencies and in-house teams, overseeing timelines, resources, and budgets.
*

Track and analyze key performance indicators, particularly engagement metrics; adjust strategies and transform data into actionable insights.
*

Identify underperforming content and social channels, providing strategic recommendations for improvement.
*

Work closely with content partners, stakeholders, and other third parties to create high-quality content.



Candidate Profile:

*

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
*

Minimum of 10 years in a creative role, preferably in advertising, digital agencies, content creation, publishing, or similar domains.
*

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage creative teams, including videographers, graphic designers, and copywriters, is a plus.
*

Strong storyteller, adept at transforming complex ideas into clear and relatable narratives.
*

Familiarity with best practices in social media, emerging technologies, and trends in video production and storytelling.
*

Excellent organizational skills coupled with a proactive problem-solving approach.
*

Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in written English and Chinese.
