The candidates should have minimum academic / professional qualification requirements as follows:

1. A Certificate in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent; or

   持有香港建造業議會/香港建造學院/香港理工學院/香港理工大學/香港科技學院/香港工業學院/香港專業教育學院頒發的屋宇裝備或電機工程或機械工程證書，或具備同等學歷；或

   5 years’ experience as a skilled worker in the field of Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; or

   具有不少於五年屋宇裝備或電機工程或機械工程熟練技工的工作經驗；或

   Successfully completed a recognized Technician Apprenticeship in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; or

   成功完成一項認可的屋宇裝備或電機工程或機械工程技術員學徒訓練；或

   Successfully completed a recognised Craft Apprenticeship with two years’ experience as a skilled worker in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; and

   成功完成一項認可的屋宇裝備或電機工程或機械工程工藝學徒訓練，並具有不少於兩年熟練技工之相關工作經驗；以及

   
   

2. 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building services and E&M installations / 3 years’ relevant experience of site supervision of building services and E&M installations as RWSII or equivalent in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook; and

   具有不少於三年於取得以上資格後的屋宇裝備和機電工程地盤監工經驗，或具有不少於三年在公共項目工程或列於「顧問公司直接聘用駐工地人員的管理手冊」第4.5.2節的項目中擔任駐地盤二級監工或同等職務的屋宇裝備和機電工程地盤監工經驗；以及

   
   

3. A knowledge of English and Chinese equivalent to Form 3 (before 2012) / Secondary 3 standard.
   

   具有等同中三程度的英國語文科和中國語文科能力。

Conditions: Appointments will be made on Agreement Term with Design 2 (HK) Limited in accordance with the prevailing Government's terms and conditions. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The incumbent may be required to work irregular hours, overtime and shifts (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) to carry out supervision duties in Hong Kong, China or any designated workplace when required.

騁用條款：獲取錄的申請人，Design 2 (HK) Limited會以合約形式騁請，騁用條款將按受聘時政府採用的編制而定。受聘人之薪酬按資歷而定。受聘人將來可能因應工程需要於香港、中國或任何指定工作場所進行監督工作，可能需要不定時上班、超時工作及輪更工作 (當中可能包括於週六、週日及公眾假期)。
