Job description

Job Duty:

General Clerk (for Supplies Section)

To provide general administrative and clerical support
To arrange internal docemuent pick-up and distribution
To provide support services for supplies related matters incluing preparation of invitation letter, fax the letter of acceptance to the awarded bidder
To perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by senior

Requirement:

Level 2 on 5 subjects in HKDSE/HKCEE
Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language in HKCEE/HKDSE
Familiar with common business software and good Chinese and English processing skills
