As a core member of the Project Management Office (PMO) team who helps to define and setup the project management framework to imply CI/CD on Internal IT Project Management Framework
To manage project full cycle management that included Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, Closing, Post Implementation
To ensure the responsible projects are completed on time, of high quality and within the budget and project scope with appropriate standards are adopted and effective quality control mechanism are built into the project plan
To provide insight and analysis on process, development, technology and innovative solutions for better operational efficiency;
To ensure effective communication on requirements, timelines, service requests, system design and implementation with all stakeholders
To monitor and provide constant update on projects progress and documentations to management, and to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to access the effectiveness of projects
Continuous review the project budget, internal/external resource allocation and vendor management
To evaluate and identify potential risks throughout the projects, to manage and to mitigate risks when deemed necessary, to deliver solutions or contingency measures
Leading the project team to ensure the final deliverables comply with the defined specifications
To conduct trouble-shooting / incident support, and to ensure all system incidents / issues are resolved professionally, on-site investigation might be required during the critical projects development / deployment phases.
A recognised degree in Information Technology or other related discipline, possession of Project Management Professional (PMP) / Agile / Scrum Master or equivalent qualification would be an advantage
A minimum of 8+ years post-qualification work experience in implementation of internal or external Information Technology (IT) projects and under a complex sizeable business transformation
Broad spectrum of IT Enterprise application knowledge (e.g. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resource Platform (HRIS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Finance System, etc.), good emerging technologies know-how (e.g. Cloud, Internet of Things (IoT), Mobile Apps, AI, Big Data, etc.)
A true leader with experience in managing projects related to application architecture (On-Premise / Cloud Environment), IT Infrastructure, system configuration, cybersecurity, application review & testing
Proven experience in analysing and documenting complex business processes, and capable to motivate and drive changes in rapid speed
Strong and effective project management, problem solving, presentation and analytical skills
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
