Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT technical advises and helpdesk support services (L1, L2 or L3) to users on hardware, software and networking related issues.
  • Handle user inquiries, technical troubleshooting and support.
  • Provide support to Windonws/Linux servers and VMware infrastructure
  • Assist in managing hardware and software inventories.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • High Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • At least 2 year of experience in IT Helpdesk Support
  • Knowledge in Operating System (such as Linux/Windows Server/Unix), Database and network
  • Good knowledge of TCP/IP, NEtwork Infrastructure and Internet.
  • Professional certificate of MCTS/MCITP/MCSE is an advantage
  • Expereicned in helpdesk call/call centre is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese
