We are now seeking a Human Resources potential incumbent to join our expanding company with the following responsibilities:

Job Description

Formulate curriculum and initiatives to meet business and talent development needs;
Identify training needs, design and conduct online learning activities / training courses for staff of luxury retail business and evaluate training effectiveness;
Drive customer experience management initiatives and administer Mystery Shopping Program and propose improvement plans & actions;
Instill Company culture and values to all the staff through staff communication events, different development programs and employee relations projects;
Work closely with line managers to carry out performance management and develop solutions to close performance gaps;
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage overall training logistics, projects, and develop work plans, budgets and schedules;
Lead, coach and support direct reports and other team member; and
Support ad-hoc projects, initiatives and events.

Requirements

Degree holder in Training, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
At least 5 years of solid experience in training and development in retails industry
With strong interest in designing and delivering talent development initiatives, preferably with experience in succession planning and staff engagement
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A team player, solutions-driven and result-oriented while maintaining wider perspective and attention to detail
