Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of HR duties

• Manage entire recruitment process from attraction to selection and placement as well as on-board formalities

• Payroll and C&B administration

• Handle other HR duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Assist in review and revise HR policies and procedures from time to time to ensure legal compliance and market competitiveness

• Drive and perform annual practices such as budgeting, tax filling, insurance renewal etc.

• Plan and execute staff activities

• Lead and participate in ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Higher diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

• Minimum 3-5 years HR experience as a generalist in retail industry

• Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and related legislation in Hong Kong

• Able to work independently, under pressure and perform multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated, well-organized and flexible

• Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;

• Strong PC skill in MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Candidates with relevant HR experience will be considered for other suitable positions
