Responsibilities
Provide full spectrum of HR duties
Manage entire recruitment process from attraction to selection and placement as well as on-board formalities
Payroll and C&B administration
Handle other HR duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Assist in review and revise HR policies and procedures from time to time to ensure legal compliance and market competitiveness
Drive and perform annual practices such as budgeting, tax filling, insurance renewal etc.
Plan and execute staff activities
Lead and participate in ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Higher diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Minimum 3-5 years HR experience as a generalist in retail industry
Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and related legislation in Hong Kong
Able to work independently, under pressure and perform multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, well-organized and flexible
Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
Strong PC skill in MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
