-Responsible for day-to-day operations of the restaurant -Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality of customer service and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency -Formulate, execute and review standard operating procedures for restaurant operations and ensure the execution effectiveness -Monitor and keep close control on food quality, hygiene and work safety issues -Manage inventory level, movement and delivery schedule, conduct stocktake regularly -Work closely with different internal department and pursue timely and effective communication -Deliver food & beverage items to guest -Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
-5 years solid managerial experience in operations management in Food and Beverage industry
-Preferably full-service restaurant management experience in a high-volume high end establishment
Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills
-Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
-Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in English and Japanese is a MUST
-Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, especially in MS Excel
