Accountant (Property)

Our client is a listed property group. They are looking for an open-minded and proactive individual to manage the accounting operations of the property development business.

* Qualified CPA accountant
* Experience working in the property/real estate industry is preferred
* Candidates with Big 4 experience servicing property clients will be considered



Responsibilities:

* Review and analyze monthly/interim management accounts and prepare annual financial closings
* Prepare monthly cash flow reporting and financial statements for management review
* Maintain fixed assets registers, recording additions, disposals, and depreciation
* Prepare audit schedules and support audit exercise
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects



Requirements:

* A bachelor's degree in accounting or related disciplines, with professional qualifications such as ACCA, HKICPA, or equivalent
* At least five years of accounting experience, preferably in the listed company or sizable corporations
* Candidate with experience working in the property developer industry is preferred
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a growth mindset
* Proactive attitude and good interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication skills, good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
