Responsibilities:

• Create and execute maintenance plans to ensure the smooth functioning of building services systems.
• Supervise and manage a team of technicians and contractors to guarantee top-notch service provision.
• Carry out feasibility studies, generate specifications and reports, and bid for maintenance and repair projects.
• Investigate malfunctions and apply corrective measures to minimize downtime.
• Monitor and manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with stakeholders, including end-users and contractors.
• Ensure adherence to pertinent laws, regulations, and industry benchmarks.

Requirements: 

• Possession of a degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in operations and maintenance within facilities management or property management.
• Profound technical expertise in building services systems and maintenance protocols.
• Exceptional communication and troubleshooting abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal competencies.
• Proficient in computer skills, encompassing MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Preferably holding a Grade A registered electrical worker certificate or higher
