Overview:
This role will oversee site supervision for civil projects, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with specified requirements for materials and workmanship, safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the quality of work and materials on site meets specified standards and that projects are completed on time.
• Coordinate daily activities with internal and external stakeholders to ensure site operations are safe and efficient.
• Monitor and promote safe working practices among the workforce.
• Maintain detailed daily work records and prepare progress reports.

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate or Higher Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or related fields, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in site supervision of large construction projects; or a degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge and experience in civil and building works.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
• A valid HK driving license (Class 1, 2) is preferred.
