Our client is one of the most established and renowned property developers in Hong Kong. Due to continuous developments in Hong Kong, they are hiring a Project Manager to handle its luxury commercial development projects.

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for planning, executing and managing commercial development
• Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
• Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
• Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural studies or other relevant disciplines
• HKIA & ARB is a must  
• At least 10 years of experiences in handling retail, F&B, hotel development projects 
• Exposure in full project cycle is preferred 
• Good command of both spoken and written English , Chinese and Mandarin;
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
