Job Description:

As a Senior Contract Manager, you will oversee the entire contract lifecycle for our MEP projects. You will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the contract process from initiation to completion for MEP projects.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
• Analyze contract performance and provide insights for improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to align contract objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract execution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contracts.
• Provide training and support to junior contract staff as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contract management.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management, specifically for MEP projects.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction contracts.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing contracts.
• Proficient in contract management software and tools.
