Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for conducting autonomous driving tests on open roads, developing safe, reasonable, and efficient testing plans based on testing requirements.
• Familiar with autonomous driving and vehicle theory, tracking defects and issues during testing, and actively promoting resolutions. Ability to provide reasonable suggestions is essential.
• Manage the delivery of operational pick-up and drop-off points and road networks, including the design of stage delivery goals and achieving those goals.
• Track and ensure operational quality, eliminate safety hazards, and guarantee high-quality delivery.
• Assist and support trial ride introductions and reception activities.

Job Requirements

• Permanent resident of Hong Kong; fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred.
• Educational background in vehicle engineering, computer science, automation, electronics, or related fields is a plus.
• Extensive testing and quality management experience, with prior experience in passenger vehicle autonomous driving project testing preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of driving experience, holding at least a Class (1) private car qualification as required by the Transport Department.
• No record of DUI, drug-related offenses, or other serious driving violations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure, proactive attitude, ambition, and good team spirit.
• Willingness to accept shift work and rotating schedules.
• Strong logical thinking and comprehension skills, detail-oriented, rigorous, and a strong sense of ownership.
