Responsibilities:

Our client, a prominent mid-sized building services contractor in Hong Kong, is renowned for delivering innovative and high-quality solutions across various projects. They are looking for a forward-thinking and energetic Department Head to lead their Mechanical Engineering division. This role involves guiding a team of mechanical engineering professionals, managing large-scale projects from inception to completion, overseeing financial and contractual aspects to ensure profitability, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and staying informed about market trends to drive strategic decisions.

Job Requitments: 

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field. 

• Over 15 years of Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering working experience, a minimum  of 5 years of managerial experiences preferred.
• CEng or HKIE  is preferred
•  Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
